His expertise includes vehicle projects, cross-domain E/E architecture, development strategy, automotive cybersecurity, and the testing and validation of complex electronic systems.

ChunQiang Li

Dr. Li Chunqiang, Vice President and Senior Director of Research and Development at Alibaba Damo Academy XuanTie RISC-V, has over 20 years of experience in embedded CPU architecture and software system development. Li specializes in processor instruction sets, architecture design, operating systems, compilers and emulators. Li has been the principal investigator and participant in "The National 863 Program", "National Major Projects for Technology", and serval provincial research initiatives. Li has secured more than 30 invention patents and was awarded the prestigious First Prize of Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Invention Award for his contributions.

Mr. Cui is a Software Level 8 Expert and Director of the Intelligent Vehicle Control Product Department.

His work focuses on heterogeneous real-time scheduling, real-time security systems, intelligent automotive software architecture and intelligent automotive operating systems.

He is responsible for the innovation, design, research and development of intelligent digital automotive platform products and solutions, intelligent automotive digital chassis engines and model-driven digital software development toolchains.

Zheng Yali

The work of Zheng Yali focuses on strategic studies within the automotive industry and foresight into future automotive development trends. Over the years, she has supported ministries of the Chinese central government, including the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

Zheng Yali has also contributed to major industry plans and policy initiatives, including the Development Plan for the New Energy Vehicle Industry (2021–2035), research on fuel cell vehicle demonstration policies and technology roadmaps for energy conservation, new energy vehicles and green low-carbon automotive development.

With extensive expertise in intelligent connected vehicles and automotive software platforms, Dr. Liang is dedicated to fostering open-source, software-centric collaboration and building a strong open-source software ecosystem. In his role, he leads iSOFT’s engagement in the AUTOSAR CAPI project, where iSOFT’s Adaptive Platform middleware has been successfully adopted as the project baseline.

Liu Cong is a senior engineer and Shanghai-based scientific and technological expert with extensive experience in automotive electrical and electronic systems development. His expertise includes model- and tool-based system design, as well as the application of AI-driven engineering tools in automotive development workflows.

Dr. Ahmed Majeed Khan is an experienced engineering leader and Silicon Valley veteran with a strong track record of driving innovation in the automotive and consumer electronics industries through global system-level product development. Fernando Garcia-Aranda

Fernando specializes in standards development and software engineering at RTI, with a strong focus on integrating OMG DDS with emerging technologies and industry standards. A regular contributor to the Object Management Group (OMG), he has authored numerous standards, including DDS-TSN, DDS-XML, DDS-OPC UA, and several IDL language mappings. Fernando is also recognized as the original author of the DDS Network Binding for the AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform, helping shape the foundations of interoperable software-defined mobility.

Marius Rotaru

Dr. Marius Rotaru is Chief Software Architect and Technical Fellow for Automotive Embedded Systems at NXP Semiconductors, where he has been working since 2004. He is responsible for defining automotive software architecture and technologies for advanced NXP automotive SoCs. In this role, he is deeply involved in global development partnerships, including AUTOSAR, contributing to standardized software frameworks for intelligent mobility. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunications from “Politehnica” University of Bucharest (2013).

Carl-Michael Wagner

Carl-Michael is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience across automotive electronics, E/E architectures, safety-critical systems, radar sensors, and aerospace technology. He has led advanced development programs ranging from vehicle electrical architectures and ISO 26262-related platform work to next-generation 4D imaging radar systems for demanding industrial and mobility applications.
