17th AUTOSAR Open Conference: Call for Papers

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

AUTOSAR is excited to invite partners, researchers, developers, and industry experts to contribute to the 17th AUTOSAR Open Conference, taking place June 10–11, 2026, in Shanghai, China (with a potential get-together Day Zero on June 9th).

We welcome submissions for the following session types:

  • Speaker Slot: 25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
  • Technical / Training / Hands-on Session: 35 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A

Please prepare your abstract using the official AUTOSAR template and submit it by December 15, 2025

17th AOC: Motto

The motto for the 17th AUTOSAR Open Conference is:

"Combining Open Source, Community Source and Commercial Automotive Software: Challenges and Solutions"

Your presentation should contribute to this motto. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Common Adaptive Platform Implementation (CAPI)
  • AUTOSAR’s interface with other software technologies
  • Applications of AI in AUTOSAR stacks and processes
  • Simplifying configuration of AUTOSAR systems (e.g., tool support)
  • AUTOSAR deployment with DevOps
  • Safety and security in SDV applications
  • Platform strategies with AUTOSAR
  • Smart workflows with AUTOSAR

If you are interested in sharing your experience with AUTOSAR or providing other kind of training, hands-on sessions, please send your proposal to comm.support@autosar.org by December 15, 2025.

  • The abstract must align with the conference motto.
  • All submissions must be in English.
  • Use only the provided AUTOSAR template.
  • If accepted, authors are expected to prepare and present their work during the conference.

Important Deadlines

  • Abstract submission deadline: December 15, 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: December 2025 – January 2026
  • Notification of refusal: January – February 2026
  • Final presentation submission deadline: May 18, 2026
