Dear AUTOSAR Partner,
AUTOSAR is inviting all Working Group members and the AUTOSAR Project Leader Team to join the All WG Meeting 2024 scheduled to take place from May 13th to May 17th at the Seminaris Hotel in the picturesque city of Lueneburg, Germany.
To ensure smooth logistics for all attendees, the 13th and the 17th of May are planned to be exclusively travel days. The plenary session, where we will look into key discussions is set for May 14th. Following this, May 15th and 16th will be dedicated to joint sessions, fostering collaboration, and ideas exchange among the Working Groups.
We would like to inform you that all the rooms of the rooms of standard and superior category for the All WG Meeting at the Seminaris Hotel Lüneburg ARE FULLY BOOKED.
If you are still planning to take part at the All WG Meeting, please hurry up to book one of the apartment rooms (the highest category) AT THE SPECIAL RATE of 179€ per night. The rate is available until the 30th of April.
To secure your spot please write a short e-mail to the Seminaris Hotel with the subject “AUTOSAR All WG Meeting 2024" or fill in the form on the website using the same key words.
Additionally, AUTOSAR will provide daily lunch for all participants and organize one dinner event. For networking purposes, better connection and collaboration AUTOSAR recommends all participants to plan their stay at the Seminaris Hotel.
